Notes: This game is going to be a big game. The Wolves return quite a bit of talent and they are defending RMAC Champions. Last season they lost a couple of head scratchers (lost 24-21 to West Texas A&M) but this was a solid team last year and they will be again this year. They will probably enter the season ranked as they finished at 17th last year. This team is the epitome of balance on offense and they have a powerful running game and efficient passing game. The Wolves do not care how they score and they will run the ball 100 times if it working and throw it 100 times if that is working better. CSUP is one of the most consistent success stories in Super Region 4, and a win over them would be huge to boost strength of schedule. Having this game at The Hawk is a big time advantage with the winning percentage being so high in Commerce. That being said, losing this game would have near catastrophic consequences with it being a home loss to an in Region opponent, it would put the Lions in a position to have to be nearly perfect the rest of the year just to get another shot at defending their National Title. This game is big, no doubt.
