- Andrew Armstrong-The hits just keep coming. 6 catches for 102 yards and a much needed touchdown. He got us on the board first and the offense needed it desperately.
- Mitchell McGarry-Averaged 35 yards per punt, with a career long of 63 yards. His coffin corner kick in the second quarter that pinned HCU inside their own 1, which led a score. 35 yards per punt in 30 mile per hour wind gusts is impressive. If you were there, you know.
- Aiden Martin-Every kickoff of his but one was a touchback, the only one that was not was due to him having to kick into the wind from his own 20, and even that one was a pretty impressive kick. HCU had NO return game because of him.
- Emmanuel Adagbon-His field goal attempts are getting longer and hit hits them with no problem. 4/4 on PAT’s and his a career long 49 yarder that would have been good from 59. He might get that chance at some point in the future.
- Michael Noble-His 32 yard interception return turned the tide of the game and gave the Lions some space in a game that was closer than it should have been.
- The Entire Defense-This Unit. Just wow. They did commit some penalties that were not helpful to their cause which we will address, but they held a pretty decent offense to 200 total yards. You can’t beat that.
